GHOSTLIGHT EVENTS RESCHEDULED
DUE TO WEATHER
On January 19, 2017 Fells Point Corner Theatre joined with thousands of theatre companies, organizations, and artists to make a commitment to be a shining light in their communities. The Ghostlight Project - named for the light that always stays on in a theatre to keep people safe, organized a movement of ceremonies and actions across the US on the eve of inauguration day to reaffirm our commitment to the safety and inclusion of vulnerable people within our communities. At FPCT we sang songs, read from our texts, and promised each other and our community that we would #bealight. Since that day, FPCT has taken practical action, amending our organizational practices, participating in movements like #openyourlobby, and even taking bystander training.
You are warmly invited to join us in the activites we are hosting in partnership with The Ghostlight Project, as we once again commit to being a light in our community.
Workshop will take place in person on SUNDAY, JANUARY 26 at 3pm at the theatre.
